Usage Instructions

1. Place the monitor on a flat, hard surface.
2. Step onto the monitor with bare feet, ensuring proper contact with the electrodes.
3. Hold the hand electrodes with both hands, keeping arms extended forward.
4. The device will automatically power on and begin measurements.
5. Wait for the readings to stabilize and display on the screen.
6. Step off the monitor; it will automatically power off after use.

Note: For accurate results, use the monitor at the same time of day under consistent conditions. Avoid using the device immediately after exercise, eating, or bathing.
