- The Evacuation Sheet fixes permanently to the bottom of a flexible foam mattress by means of strong elastics
- Safety belts hold the patient on the mattress with pulling straps at each end
- The combination of slippery sheet and mattress which will flex, will pass through narrow doorways and down stairs.
- Holding strap at top to hold head back on stairways
- Two people required
- No transferring of patient
- Straps can be tucked into pockets when not required
